The Universal Lav Weight is a stainless steel drop weight for lavalier microphones designed to help you thread mic cables through talent clothing quickly, cleanly, and without touching the actor. Compatible with most commonly used lavalier connectors.
Drop the weight through the jeans, shirt, or jacket and get the cable through in seconds — no fumbling, no discomfort for the talent, no wasted time on set.
Designed to be less invasive and easier to thread the cable through the talent’s clothes.
No adapter is required; Its unique design makes it compatible with the majority of connectors used in lavalier microphones (TRS, TA5, TA3, Lemo, microdot…).
