Sono un ragazzo che si sta appassionando al ruolo di fonico di presa diretta nel cinema. Volevo chiedervi un consiglio sull'attrezzatura da comprare, il budget è sui 2500 euro circa...
Contate che non ho un lavoro come fonico e l'attrezzatura mi serve per iniziare a sperimentare con i miei amici che fanno videoarte/lungometraggi/cortometraggi.

Cosa mi consigliate?

E' che essendo abituato ad interfacciare sempre macchine digitali ho dato per scontata la cosa..
Per l'affiancamento convengo che sarebbe senz'altro la cosa più producente e veloce per rendersi conto sul campo delle cose, purtroppo però qui a Livorno attualmente non c'è nessuna lavorazione. E non credo che ci sia prima di quella in programma dove io dovrei lavorare.
Certo abitando a Roma sarebbe tutto più semplice...

Il mio consiglio è di non iniziare un lavoro così complesso senza aver prima affiancato qualcuno d'esperienza.
E' un lavoro talmente particolare e specifico!
Per esempio mi parla di sincronizzazione tra mdp e registratore audio... domanda lecita, ma mi sarei aspettato che mi parlasse di timecode, non di word clock.
Per il resto sì: basta riprendere all'inizio di ogni take l'annuncio di chi batte il ciak. Ma ormai con le macchine digitali di oggi si tende a inserire numero di scena, inquadratura e take da tastiera, assegnando tali metadati ai files audio.
Un saluto, e spero segua il mio consiglio...

Salve a tutti, sono fresco fresco di registrazione. Abito a Livorno e ultimamente sempre più spesso stanno venendo varie produzioni per locations qui o nei paraggi in Toscana.
Io lavoro da anni nel campo della registrazione musicale, ed ho una certa esperienza in merito. Adesso però mi hanno proposto di fare un lavoro di presa diretta per una produzione cinematografica, che mi rendo conto essere una cosa un po' diversa... Visto che la responsabilità è tanta e voglio preparami bene per non fare figuracce, sto prendendo quante più informazioni posso sull'argomento.
Ho parlato per telefono con il gentilissimo e informatissimo Gilberto della Audio Lambda che già mi ha detto 30.000 cose utili :))
In più ho comprato il libro "Elementi di cinematografia sonora", molto bello ed utile.
Però ho bisogno ancora di dissipare alcuni dubbi, per cui vi stresserò ogni tanto con domande che magari a voi potrebbero sembrare ovvie o inutili, ma per me sono vitali per capire come esattamente devo muovermi.
Ad es. una cosa che non ho capito dal libro è:
Quando si registra in PD sul proprio registratore, si sincronizza sul momento l'audio alla macchina da presa o no? Perchè in caso affermativo ci sarebbe bisogno di un word-clock (usando io rec digitale) che però non saprei come agganciare con la macchina. Mi sembrerebbe di aver capito che non è così. Cioè si registra e poi in Post Pro si sincronizza sulle immagini. È giusto?
E poi: per fare in modo che la Post-Prod possa assegnare l'audio che gli verrà consegnato alle varie scene senza problemi, basta che sia ripreso col sonoro ogni ciak di inizio riprese? O c'è bisogno di qualche altro riferimento?
